Evening anxiety help
hi all. i’m sure this has been asked before so don’t poo poo me, id like the connection as well as suggestions.
I’m 2 weeks sober from alcohol tomorrow. I have GAD, ADHD, PTSD, health anxiety and a panic disorder and treated it for 20 years with alcohol.
I went to medical detox and when I came home have been experiencing panic attacks, which have now lessened but this evening anxiety is really kicking my butt.
I need to establish some kind of evening routine. I’m taking magnesium, gabapentin which doesn’t really help so far (also a lot of other daytime vitamins needed for recovery) and would really appreciate any advice/suggestions for supplements or a bedtime routine. I’m someone who has a lot of energy and a hard time relaxing. Thanks
