[TOMT] Looking for a Japanese horror show episode about someone encountering a train ghost
I remember from back then (it's very hard to remember what year it was, but it was around 2016-2019-ish?), but I used to have access to two channels: WakuWaku Japan and NHK World I think. There was this show I forgot the name of that aired these live action Japanese horror stories each episode, and they would usually have multiple unrelated stories in one episode. What I remember is that most of them don't usually rely on jumpscares, but one of the segments usually act as the only one with a jumpscare.
The episode that stuck to my head, I only remembered this one specific segment of. Most of what I'm recalling are from reinterpretations of what I can dig from memory. I remember the segment's story takes place in a train, the protagonist guy being a man I forgot the exact appearance of. He was alone in the train as it departed from the station, but soon notice that there was a ghost sitting not too far from him on the reflection in the train, but not in real life. The ghost, I remember looking like he wore a bloody hospital gown, and was most likely male. The ghost got closer with every second and even as the man ran, he finds the ghost suddenly now standing in front of him in real life, giving that jumpscare that's been bothering my head to this day.
