What are your opinions on pulse medica after it's imaging results? Will their laser work on young ppl( I'm 18) whose floaters are close to retina

When I move eyes up and down in front of a plain wall I see yellowish shrimmer/flicker moving with eye movement...this is absent against colourfull background or dark environments..I also get translucent black blobs while turning head keeping eyes fixed...Does anyone know what's this
