I noticed the rugged sides of my leaves are turning really light green, I haven't been able to figure out why🤔

I accidentally fried the tips when I first got this stronger light. I moved it up about a foot, but now the bottom leaves are starting to brown a bit I'm guessing it’s just leftover light stress from that first day, any ideas?
