I’m returning to Western University for another 2 years for my master program. I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment that’s $1300 or under. I know it’s quite hard to find those right now especially ones without bugs and poor management, but does anyone have any suggestions?

Has anyone lived in Granite House recently? I’m looking for a new place to live for 2 more years alone. I’ve heard the management is poor and that there’s bugs but those reviews were quite old. Looking at the photos it doesn’t seem bad.

Do you guys have suggestions for places that are 1 bedroom $1300 and below that have a good reputation?
