So I could potentially be starting a new shift manager position in the near future, and wanted to know if there were any tips and tricks from previous shift/store managers on just good-to-knows or what could help out.

I recognise each store is different (this one will be a hub), but I was just curious about any information that you guys would be willing to share:)
