Need opinions on my cats injuries
My cat came from his night time escaped, his mouth and nose were covered in blood, no nose bleeding but friction scars on both side of his nose and mouth (peeled skin no hair left), a black eye, a circular small scar at the back of his head, right hind leg root of his nails are damaged nails aren’t broken, and a somewhat deep cut on his buttocks.
I took him to a vet he checked his teeth and bones and said looks like no blunt force it’s most likely self induced but I’m not sure. His mobility was good at the vet but after we came home he is not comfortable laying down,he might have pain on his chest or arm.
My question is does anybody encountered anything like this before. It doesn’t look like an animal attack no bite marks and only a single scratch mark. Also he immediately came home he was still bleeding and I didn’t heard anything, it was rainy so I couldn’t look for blood trace.
Also is there any way for me to sooth his pain, vet didn’t gave anything and I don’t know a damn thing about cat medicine, so I’m looking for comforting home remedies
