Coming back after 10 years! Does my modlist look right, or am I missing something?
I recently decided to jump back into this amazing game that blew my mind a decade ago. I’ve put together a visual modpack to bring it up to modern standards, but I still have this nagging feeling that other people's screenshots look way better than mine.
Here’s my current visual setup:
- ReStock / ReStock+
- Deferred
- Parallax Continued
- Waterfall Core
- Distant Object Enhancement /L
- TUFX
- Firefly
- VaporCones
- Blackrack's Volumetric Clouds (includes EVE and Scatterer)
Everything was installed via CKAN, so all dependencies should be there.
One specific thing: is there a mod to improve the KSC (Kerbal Space Center) textures? The contrast between the center and the surrounding landscape is pretty jarring.
I’m attaching some screenshots of my current results. What do you think? Is this as good as it gets, or did I miss a crucial setting or mod?
