I do not have an account or number set up on this account as I made it in a flash when I first got this ps5. This is the only way I have to properly set up my account as the reset emails and texts never arrive.

Support literally tells me to give up, even though I have spent money on the account and have the receipts. I submitted 3 different kinds of receipts and they all were rejected.

When I try to quick log in from my phone or laptop, I get this message. I have tried going on my hotspot and incognito mode and neither seem to have an affect. I am at a loss. (idk why reddit keeps deleting the picture of the error).
