Every time I try to print, the paper gets stuck in the very back and I have to pull it out manually. When I do, the page comes out blank, and then the printer says there’s no paper in the cassette even though there’s a full stack loaded. I’m not really sure what to do at this point.

For steps taken, I already did the maintenance checks, called support, replaced the paper, turned the printer off and back on, and unplugged it, but nothing seems to be working.

I also called, but unfortunately the representative wasn’t very helpful. He stayed mostly silent and didn’t address my concerns when I explained the issue.
