I am interviewing for an engineering position at Tesla. My last round was the panel interview which was tough but somehow I made it through. Now I am scheduled for a 15-20 min call with the director. I haven't spoken to or seen this person in any of my interviews throughout the process. I was initially told that the next step after a successful panel would be the 'Evidence of Excellence' but now this came up. Any idea what I should expect?
