Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for a part-time or full-time remote opportunity as a Virtual Assistant / Operations Support / Insurance VA - for P&C Personal and Commercial Insurance.
Expected rate: $7–$10/hr (negotiable depending on scope and workload)
Background:
• 2 years hands-on experience supporting U.S. P&C insurance workflows
• Commercial & Personal Lines support
• Renewals & policy servicing
• Underwriting support
• COIs / endorsements / documentation follow-ups
• CRM updates & workflow tracking
• Email & administrative support
• Escalation handling / complex issue resolution
• QA / audit / backend operations
• 12+ years experience in BPO / customer support / operations across healthcare, finance, insurance and billing
I’ve supported teams where strong follow-ups, organization, and backend workflow support were critical—helping reduce backlog, keep tasks moving, and free up time for client-facing teams.
