Been strict carnivore for 2 years, 70 years old and recently had hernia surgery and my BP went through the roof. 160/ 108 was typical. Now a month after surgery I’m still on meds, anytime I attempt to get off them my BP spikes. any ideas or tips will be greatly appreciated.
