Asset living violating California labor Laws.

Just curious if any Asset living employees have filed class action lawsuits against their employer. I spoke with one of our regionals who is a friend and she was saying that Asset, who purchased FPI, does not pay for her phone or internet. She is required to use it for work purposes, IE email, texts, apps, internet, etc. I know that California law requires the employer pay for these devices/services partially if used for work.

She was wanting to know if anyone has filed a class action yet and if not, where is the best place to start? Contacting the labor board or hiring an attorney first.
