How do I manage game time when most of my squad doesn't have big skill gaps?

I have a very solid squad, can put out two full lineups where the quality barely goes down (except in midfield where my favorite guys are playing as much as they can without getting a burnout).

The problem obviously being, I kind of want to give everyone gametime because my bench guys, even the guys that don't fit into the matchday squad could reasonably be starters. With most of the positions it's not a huge issue since a lot of those are youngsters either on loan or homegrown, but every now and then there's the occasional guy who wants to be regular starter but outside the best players I kind of always rotate my squad a lot?

This might be bad for player form consistency, which I acknowledge. Is there any way of not feeling so bad when you have to leave out starting XI level players or do I just need to revamp my squad to have a clear first and second team?

Book 29, The Sickness

Read up till around book 20 as a kid, now doing a full readthrough and omg Cassie morphed a WHAT?!

This is the most shocked I've been thus far, yeah the Elfangor/Tobias thing was kind of a twist but can't say it was a huge surprise to me, it was the (il)logical conclusion to Elfangor encountering humans in the first place. Aldrea was the same, it was fairly predictable she would become a nothlit.

But this, this is so genius and so wild at the same time, Marco would have gone clinically insane if he was there when the plan was made (and Ax would have submitted a formal complaint)
