Hello, I just got hired as a first timer in this field, and I was advised by my friend who also works for the same US client to open a BDO account. I did it so through an online application.

To get straight to the point, I applied for an ATM savings account online. In one of the steps, I answered no to the FATCA questions and all the other questions regarding being a US citizen (I will work remotely here in the PH for a US law firm). When I got to the call, they still said I need to fill up the FATCA and IRS forms, which I already checked to not be suitable for my situation. My application is still pending because I need to accomplish this. What should I do? Please help.
