[HIRING] Senior Property Manager | Remote | $960–$1,280 USD/month

Company: Suites by VTJ — property management company in Raleigh, NC managing residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties.

Role: Senior Property Manager, fully remote

Pay: $960–$1,280 USD/month paid in USD via Wise.

Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM ET, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

What this job actually is:

You run the day-to-day property operation. Lease review before anything goes to tenants. Rent reminders and late notices — consistent, documented, every time. Maintenance tickets tracked from report to close. Vendors held accountable. A Junior APM whose work you check before it reaches anyone. Tenant communications in English and Spanish (Spanish is preferred, not required — we have tenants who only speak Spanish).

This is not a VA role. You're not supporting someone else's process — you own one.

What's hard about this role — being honest:

  • You work US Eastern hours. The schedule is what it is.
  • You'll deal with difficult tenants. Some will push back, some won't respond, some will dispute charges. You need to handle that calmly and firmly without escalating everything.
  • It's fully remote with no one looking over your shoulder. If you need daily check-ins to stay on track, this won't work.
  • Attention to detail on lease documents matters. One wrong date or missing addendum is a real problem.

What's good about it:

  • Real autonomy. You make the call — escalate only what genuinely needs the management.
  • Stable USD pay.
  • Small team, no corporate bureaucracy.
  • Your work is visible and your impact is measurable.

Who should apply:

  • 3+ years in property management, leasing, or real estate ops
  • Residential + commercial experience preferred (not required, but the portfolio has both)
  • Has supervised or reviewed a junior team member's output and addressed it directly when it wasn't good enough
  • Professional English required. Professional Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Home office: 60 Mbps+ internet (you'll need to submit a screenshot), dual monitors, 16GB+ RAM

Who shouldn't:

  • Never worked remote and has no idea what their own accountability system looks like
  • Spanish is listed on their resume but they can't write a professional sentence in it
  • Has managed only single-family residential and nothing else
  • Needs structure and oversight to stay productive

The hiring process — no hidden steps:

  1. Application on Google Form — 4 knockout questions + internet speed screenshot
  2. Pre-assessment — 45 to 60 minutes, sent to passing applicants only
  3. Google Meet interview — includes a live check of your workspace
  4. Reference calls with two former direct supervisors

That last part: we call your former managers. We tell every candidate this before they apply. If that's a problem, this isn't the right fit. If it's not — strong candidates don't hesitate.

Non-Agency hiring for OF Chat Team Members for NSFW Single Creator

We’re hiring a part-time member for our chatter team!

We are not an agency; we are a dedicated team working exclusively for a single creator with a large social media following. This creator-led environment is perfect for someone who wants to see OnlyFans accounts run ethically and sustainably—providing a reasonable schedule for our chatters and genuine value to our subscribers. The model who runs the account prioritizes the long-term retention of both fans and team members.

👀 What We’re Looking For:

  • Core Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will be heavily focused on building genuine relationships with our subscribers via the Infloww Software.
  • Availability: Weekend and evening availability (US Timezones) is needed. We are flexible and can work around your existing scheduling commitments, but the account is most active during these times.
  • Experience: Prior experience as an OF/Fansly chatter is required.
  • Bonus Experience: Familiarity with mature accounts (MILFs), LGBTQ+ creators, and/or fetish content is a huge plus!
  • Tech Requirements: A solid computer setup, reliable internet, and a backup internet/power solution.
  • Work Ethic: Highly responsible, communicative, and open-minded.
  • Adaptability: You must be able to work constructively with feedback and follow specific account guidelines.

🫴🏼 What We Offer:

  • Compensation: $5/hour, paid weekly via Wise. We pay a flat rate and do not pay commission, as we do not enforce daily sales quotas. Going commission-free allows us to offer a much more relaxed work environment.
  • Manageable Schedules: 6 to 8-hour shifts. We believe in providing a schedule that actually respects your time and energy. Time off requests are automatically approved if submitted 3 weeks or more in advance.
  • Quality Over Quantity: Please note: No quotas does not mean no responsibility. This is still a sales job, but our focus is on selling high-dollar custom videos, which can take several days to nurture and close.
  • Burnout Prevention: Previously, we used a lower-base plus commission model but found it unsustainable. It led to chatter burnout and higher chargebacks from fans. Our flat-rate system is designed to prioritize the retention and happiness of both our fans and you.
  • Ongoing Training & Collaboration: We are always evolving and improving our account management. The model highly values feedback and strategic suggestions from chatters, so you should feel comfortable trying new approaches and sharing your own ideas. Additionally, applicants with an interest in vault management or experience with Infloww's advanced features are eagerly sought!

📩 How to Apply:

If you’ve read this entire post and feel you’d be a great fit for our team, we would love to hear from you.

Please send an email with your resume/CV and your availability to: chatting@starsisterinc.com

⚠️ Note: We will NOT accept applications without a resume/CV, and I will not be responding to Reddit DMs. Applications must be sent via email ONLY.

Thanks, and we can't wait to hear from you! ✨

Finally reached my first 6-digit salary as a VA

Just wanted to share a small win because I honestly never imagined I’d get here this fast.

A little over 2 years ago, I started working as a VA through an agency. I was earning around $900/month on an 8-hour shift. At the time, I was already grateful because it gave me stability, experience, and a really good client.

Over the years, I genuinely grew to love the job and the company I was working with. My client treated me well, trusted me, and slowly gave me bigger responsibilities. Still, like many VAs, I eventually started wondering what it would be like to go direct and grow my income further.

So I quietly applied for a direct-client role and eventually received an offer for $1,200/month.

It honestly felt huge to me already. I was preparing myself to leave, even though it was bittersweet because I truly liked my current client.

When I informed my client about the offer, I expected a simple goodbye conversation.

Instead, something happened that I’ll probably remember for a very long time.

My client told me they didn’t want to lose me. They spoke with the agency, discussed my value to the company, and came back with a counteroffer of $2,000/month for me to stay, along with a much bigger role in the company.

I was honestly speechless.

What made the moment even more meaningful wasn’t just the salary increase. It was realizing that my work over the past 2 years had actually mattered that much to them. As VAs, we sometimes feel invisible behind screens, so hearing that they genuinely wanted to keep me on the team meant everything.

I accepted the offer and decided to stay.

Now I’m officially earning my first 6-digit monthly salary in PHP, doing work I genuinely enjoy, with a client and team I truly appreciate.

To anyone starting out in the VA world, consistency, reliability, and building trust really do pay off. Sometimes slowly, sometimes quietly, but they do.

Still feels surreal typing this. 🥹

Also, for anyone wondering, I’m in the accounting field. 😊

Hi everyone! We’re looking for someone to help grow the Instagram and Facebook presence for a women’s nonprofit organization based in California focused on supporting women rebuilding their lives after homelessness, addiction, and trauma.

Important:

Your role would involve:

  • Responding to comments and DMs in a warm, natural, human tone
  • Engaging with relevant community accounts daily
  • Reaching out to micro influencers, collaborators, nonprofits, and local creators
  • Helping increase authentic engagement and visibility
  • Building relationships and helping the account feel active and connected
  • Participating in brainstorming conversations with the team so messaging and strategy stay aligned

  • fake engagement strategies or follower-buying tactics

We ARE looking for someone who:

  • genuinely understands Instagram culture, tone, slang, and online behavior
  • has strong written English and emotional intelligence
  • understands how to organically grow engagement and community
  • is proactive and willing to take initiative
  • can show proof of helping grow accounts through engagement/outreach/community-building

If you’ve helped grow another account before, please share:

  • the account(s)
  • what your actual responsibilities were
  • measurable results if possible
  • what strategies specifically worked

To apply, please send:

  1. A short introduction
  2. Examples of accounts you’ve helped grow
  3. Your favorite brand or creator account on Instagram right now and WHY you think it performs well
  4. Write a sample response to this comment: “This organization is doing amazing work for women ❤️”
  5. One idea you would try within the first month to help grow a nonprofit/community-focused account organically

Pay:
Starting around $6–12/hr depending on experience and proven results, with room for increases and bonuses for exceptional work and initiative.

Please do not apply if you are part of a large agency or outsourcing team. We’re looking for one thoughtful, reliable person we can build a long-term relationship with.

⚠️ Beware of this Client u/EnricoRafael14

I worked for this client from March 21, 2026, until March 30, every weekend, spending around 4–8 hours a day completing the tasks assigned to me. He said he needed a VA because he was busy with his band, Silent Disco.

We had a contract/agreement, and I have records of our communication through email and messages. I completed the work professionally and on time, but payment was never sent after everything was delivered. He told me that payment would be sent starting April 15 onwards, so I patiently waited and continued following up professionally. Instead of paying, I eventually got blocked.

Instead of handling things professionally, he ignored follow-ups and disappeared after receiving the work.

Freelancers and VAs deserve respect and proper payment for the time and effort they give. Taking someone’s work and refusing to pay is unacceptable.

Posting this as a warning for other freelancers and VAs to stay careful when dealing with clients like this. Keep contracts, save screenshots, and protect your work.

What a shame. You wanted attention and recognition for your band, so here it is.

⚠️ Beware of this Client looking for IT VA u/New_Hat87

⚠️ Beware of this client. I was his previous VA. He didn't pay my bonus ($2400 remaining bonus from $3200 since he said he will pay it by installment lol. This bonus is from the time I didn't take any Vacation leave for 6 months, I only got the first installment $800). He let me shoulder the shipping expenses of the company laptop when returning to him, told me he will pay it tomorrow then tomorrow he blocked me in WhatsApp. It's a new account to avoid me since I'm hunting him here.

[HIRING] Find applicants, interview them, 4.5$/hr, PART-TIME (16hr/week)

Paid in USD*

Job description:

Find applicants, interview applicants (10-30 minutes each), and onboard them after they are deemed suitable. Find applicants through Craigslist, posting in local groups (i.e., student/work needed/school/ethnic groups), and targeted DMs on Instagram, and any other way you can think of that works.

Requirements:

- Advanced/native English

- Proactive in hitting hiring goals of 15 employees per month

- Well-groomed, clear microphone, and good lighting

- Interview/HR experience preferred

What are you hiring for?

In-person, entry-level sales photographers. We place them in partnering restaurants; they approach guests, take pictures, and sell it to them.

Expectations

Hire 15 quality applicants per month who pass the second round of the in-person interview (we conduct this; you only conduct the first round). If needed, you get a $75 bonus for hitting 20 during additional "rush" times.

Compensation

You will go through a trial period of two weeks.

You must hire at least 5 people by that time (3/31). If hiring goals are not met, your trial ends, and you will be compensated a flat rate of $100 (2-4 applicants hired).

If hiring goals are met, you receive your payment (4.5$/hr * 16hrs/week * 2 weeks = 144$) plus a 30$ sign-on bonus.

Your hiring goal and time frame will reset after the 2 weeks once you officially accept the job.

We currently use Coinbase (crypto) but are very open to alternatives. We will work with you on the method of compensation. Payment can be given weekly on request.

Hours

Technically flexible. However, as we're based in California, interviews should be conducted between 7 AM - 6PM PST. We expect you to work 16hrs/week, or 1 applicant hired per 4.2 hours of work.

DM me to apply,

We are hiring until 5/17, PST.
