Mouse, Rat or Squirrel
Northern Florida (JAX area). The HVAC guys said he saw evidence of rats, but everything about this company has hit as scammy. That said... I did go up and take pictures of these droppings. I just moved in and haven't heard any sounds yet, I just have this to go on. So, what do I got?
