Can we increase or decrease 8 bit do ultimate 2 c vibrations? And does software only allow updating and nothing else at all?

have a budget of 2000 to 2500 inr i want to get my first controller . I have an asus tuf f16 and may upgrade to MacBook in 2 years and do cloud gaming .i have heard about 8 bit do and evo fox controllers and cosmic byte too but i an not sure which one to pick. I mostly play ea fc , story mode games and want to start souls like too . Please suggest me a controller i will be very thankful
