The question being if our season 3 agents are already on par with the apex as a baseline, what could this mean for power creep inflation?

Perhaps Orphie could eventually surpass Cissia in a new meta?
Aftershock is just too narrow of a niche. It will be interesting if they extend that niche to fire, faction or even attackers (though that might contradict their idea behind Seed and Orphie synergy)
If she is meant to work as a subdps for attackers, why not extend her niche to attackers in general?
This will enable far more unique teams for Orphie like attacker anomaly ones.
Burnice - Orphie - Velina suddenly becomes a thing.
Triple Attackers could become valid.
Orphie and SAnby but it’s with a defense agent or even anomaly agent like Velina though SAnby will also need her AA modified as well.
Her buffs are relatively weak by todays standards and even back then.
It should be increased to 1000 to bring into parity with other s-rank supports for instance.
Cissia has the ability to use up more energy during a ex special hold to do more damage as well other ways to trigger her interval attacks than just waiting for the cd.
Orphie should also have similar means to do so.
Norma sorta enables this by enabling more Chain Attacks but it’s not quite the same.
They really want to hammer in the Season 3 motif.
