Whitish foggy line after windshield replacement.

Hello,

I recently had my windshield replaced and noticed this white foggy line next to a pillar.

First, I thought it was just some residue and tried to remove it with microfiber towel and some water but it wouldn’t.

Is this scratch ? Or chemical residue? How can I remove this?

It looks like it is inside.
