In your experience with low fat 1.5% milk, what is the best froth settings to get good textured milk for Latte Art on cappuccinos. I had this at froth setting 3 and 4 - 3 seem like the milk just dissolved into the coffee. Also my crema doesnt seem to hold when I pour the milk.
