Kawhi Leonard Isn’t a Good Example of Developing Shooting in the NBA

Here are Leonard's stats from his freshman and sophomore years in college, along with his first three seasons in the NBA. As you can see, from the moment he entered the league, he already had a very stable three-point percentage—it wasn't something he gradually developed in the NBA. Of course, I'm not saying that players can't improve their three-point shooting in the NBA, but citing Kawhi is clearly inappropriate, because his three-point percentage in his rookie season was already higher than what many players ever achieve in their entire careers.

Please predict Sarr’s stats for next season and where he’ll rank in the Wizards’ star pecking order.

I see a ton of Sarr supporters on this board saying he was held back last season because the team was so bad. So go ahead and make your predictions now — no excuses after the season starts. For the record, I think the Wizards will improve quite a bit next year, but I don’t see him being ahead of Dybantsa, AD, or Trae Young.

Let's talk about Tidjane Salaün and Cody Williams.

Both were lottery picks in the 2024 draft, both were seen as developmental projects, and both played in Summer League this year. I was browsing the Jazz subreddit and saw a thread where fans were pretty down on Cody – a lot of people don't think Utah will pick up his fourth-year option, and that take seemed to get quite a bit of support. So how's Salaün looking these days?

I can't believe anyone who lived through the Kawhi saga would actually want him back.

When he left, I straight-up quit watching the NBA for years—didn't come back until the Spurs officially started the tank in 2022. Come on, yeah we lost the Finals, but our core was 20, 21, 22 years old, making their first playoff run. All we needed were a few targeted upgrades. Now the Spurs have this perfect, drama-free team culture, and some of you actually want that cancer back? No thanks. I don't want nephew bringing any bad vibes to our young guys.

Anyway, Raptors fans would've posted this thread eventually. Since I watched the game, I might as well be the one to do it.On a side note, he played pretty well.
