An amnesiac girl made of water wakes up in a submerged Marseille.
While everyone around her struggles to survive amidst ruins, sea monsters, and rising tides, she observes it all with childlike fascination and curiosity, unaware of the consequences of her actions.
She will witness a Marseille that has been in decline for over a decade; mysterious origins, strange powers, and the looming torment of Poseidon await her—all while she discovers more about herself and her anomalous body.
The protagonist will not use weapons as her primary form of combat, nor even her fists; instead, she will utilize her anomalous body and the properties of water, fighting in increasingly absurd ways.

In your opinion, what constitutes a good power system?
What do you think would be a good power progression? For example, if a character has all the abilities unlocked but doesn't know how to use them, do you think that's good? Do you prefer systems or magic? What would your preference be?
Is this a good power progression?
Let's say my protagonist is strong, she already has all the abilities unlocked. However, she doesn't know how to use her power. It's a complex power with various ways to use it. She already has all the abilities there, but it's not automatic. So her power progression wouldn't be about awakening new abilities or powers, but about learning to use what she already possesses, but in a much more efficient way. So at the beginning of the story she can only use the basics and fight a crocodile without dying, by the end of the story she's destroying buildings. Why? Simply because the self-knowledge she gained was far greater than having other powers.
