4th fireworks

So we adopted a 2 year old Cane Corso in December. He is a sweet dog but noticed right away he was possibly not treated well because he was extremely jumpy in the beginning. I had doubts about the 4th but he took memorial day really well. But tonight our complex had stated that fireworks are prohibited. He did a couple growls when it started about 530pm.. But then my neighbors being rude and inconsiderate kept going until midnight. For the last hour he has been shaking and i can’t get him to come out of the bathroom. I got him out about 1030 on and opened the door thinking that they stopped and he saw the fireworks and he was so afraid and barked but backed up.. We ended up complaining asking them to stop because no one was outside anymore and it was right in front of my house so it’s like ok you guys, it’s bed time now and it’s after midnight.. They let another 2 off after midnight and it’s now 1am.. How can I get him to calm down and come out? He needs to use restroom but he refuses to go out while they were doing that all evening.

Used Car Purchase

i had purchased a car yesterday and realized when signing and going over the paperwork, that the dealer changed how much my down payment was. I put down 3000 but he called me later said that he actually put down 4k to the bank and if the bank calls to say that’s what I gave. In the meantime I noticed that there was some issues with the vehicle and I don’t want it anyway and I believe in Virginia there isn’t any buyers remorse laws nor can you just return a car. What’s going to happen if I don’t answer the welcome calls from the bank or if I let them know what I put ? and I don’t even want the vehicle because of issues I noticed today, it’s so much work that needs to be done and a lot of used lots try not to even return your money back for down payments from what I am reading on reddit. I have not answered their call yet because why did you change my paperwork and that’s not what i signed. I even have emails and texts from the dealer confirming what i have to put down. And i have my receipts as well as to what I paid.

Approval?

I did an application with my credit union Friday. I did it before and got a denial like 2 years ago.. Well my car got hit by a deer and so i’m pretty sure it is totaled and airing on progressive to get back with me on an adjuster. My bank asked me for employment, vehicle and previous addresses. I have never went through my bank before it’s always been a different lender from dealership. Is this a good sign that I may be getting approved? I supplied it twice so not sure if it was getting lost in email thread. I found a vehicle that I really like, roughly 70k miles on it and it’s a 2015, copies below what they sent in email this morning. She said I will get an email back after review.

We are reviewing VIN number however we are missing some information from the application. Can you please send the following information:
