I feel like they use to never decay was that just a myth, they changed it or is the wiki wrong?

Ive never caught a queen else then a lasius or tetramorium (tiny). So im not sure how much space i should give it but im pretty sure thats not enought. Also my test tube is pretty small so water reserve might need to get cut down.

Clear mesure like x times body lenght of the queen would be appreciated. Thanks!
