Almost 24 hours since the last daily post, so I decided to tag in. I don't know when or what the original guy's plan is for posting these, but I also don't want the chain to stop. I am also not looking to replace op. I don't think this image has been used yet, so enjoy!

Wow, 5 years! I was first introduced to this work when I was randomly recommended LOVE2000 sung by Yanami on YouTube. Thought she was cute, looked her up, watched the anime, loved it, and then read the novels. Since then, engaging in discussions, reading fanfics, reading theories and making character analysis were very fun! Also, I probably listened to love2000 1000 times. Never gets old. I'm excited for whatever comes next in this story and will see it through to the end!

I assume this is a slight mistranslation, since this from a MTL, and it's probably actually referring to when he sewn Yanami's button back on her shirt after it popped out that one time, but I'll choose to believe what it says here because it's funnier and somehow believable.

I finished reading volume 9 (and v8.5 just the other night.) There were so many volume 1 callbacks. I can't help but notice that Nukumizu is almost completely Yanami brainrotted. He'll find a way to mention her at any given opportunity. Yeah, he often insults or belittles her and thinks she's annoying, but he undoubtedly likes her the way she is. Time and time again he finds comfort in watching Yanami be her normal, carefree, gluttonous self. Remember, he WANTED to be friends with her. I also love the trust they have in each other. The fact that nothing happened when they spent a night together, imo, is a beautiful display of that. They felt comfortable enough to sleep soundly next to each other. He also seemed interested in her future plans after high school. I wonder if he will ask her next volume. I also wonder what it'll take to get through Nukumizu's denseness and mental gymnastics. Anyway, absolutely insane volume. Can't wait for the next.
