So I’m going through truck ranch boat through West Jordan Utah and there is this truck I’m looking at purchasing it is pristine exterior and interior but they undercoat all their trucks and people in my corner are telling me it looks like they are covering up rust. From these photos can anyone tell me if my family is wrong or if Sam the salesman I’m dealing with is telling the truth that it’s good. He’s from upstate New York and says he’s dealt with rust his whole life and this looks spectacular. My step dad is telling me this raises concerns. They are 7 hours away so I can’t quite drive down the road to investigate myself. Please help out
