Just signed up as to the various monthly challenges as I do every month for the last umpteen years.
Got to say the walking challenges are tame..........
30km in a month, do that in just over one walk
100,000 steps, less than a weeks worth
My assumption is that these challenges are for casual walkers, why can't we have one for the keen walkers like there is for the keen cyclists, I would like to see a 100 mile or more a month challenge.
Thoughts ?
Is it just me and I hope I'm not going to jinx it, but after a number of months of the mapping part of STRAVA been flaky and frustrating it seems to have calmed down.
The veloviewer plugin is back and the map appearance and plotting stable........I was going to jump ship when my subscription was up but may give it another year.
Think the three Lidl Trek riders were stronger than their breakaway compardres and played a blinder.

Just watched stage 1 highlights on channel 5 ( UK ) and scoring 6 out of 10, here's why.......
No explanation on the new format of the the team time trial, left to figure it out.
No course overview prior to diving straight into the coverage.
Loads of stuff about Pogachar at the beginning, nothing about how many teams and what teams were taking part.
Hopefully will improve as we go on.
