Hi guys, I have approx. 6-7 YoE in Capital Expenditure Management (over 2 years now with Merck) and was sending my CV here an there to some big Pharmaceutical companies in the US to see my value in the current job market and also get potentially offers.

The result: I maybe sent out like 15 applications and didn’t even got invited once. Was quite surprising for me, since I am currently have a Manager position on global level and was hoping to catch the interest of some…

Therefore, I thought that maybe coming from Germany, I would need VISA and relocation sponsorship from the employer and if that makes my CV or in general my application that much unattractive for the employers…

What are your thoughts on that? Is it maybe just my bad CV?😅

Hallo Leute, habe heute wieder meinem Kumpel geholfen. Er hat einen Altbau gekauft, wo wir das Bad sanieren. Er hatte mir damals auch geholfen, weshalb ich ihm nun auch helfe.

Er meinte, dass er mit seinem Nachbarn gesprochen habe und wir heute trotz Feiertag arbeiten dürften… gesagt getan :D

Nun haben wir etwas gearbeitet und plötzlich schreit der Nachbar jetzt reicht’s aber es ist heute Feiertag. Noch ein was und ich beende eure Schwarzbaustelle hier. Und irgendwas mit erst morgen wieder.

Wie schätzt ihr die Lage ein? Ich möchte nicht, dass weder mein Kumpel, noch ich eine Klage/Anzeige für eine seines Erachtens Schwarzbaustelle bekommen. Denkt ihr der Nachbar wird tatsächlich Jemanden auf die Baustelle holen? Und wenn ja, wie sieht bzgl. der Glaubwürdigkeit aus, dass ich ihm seit ca. 2 Wochen helfe? Und wie wäre es für ihn?

Falls wir doch als Schwarzbaustelle eingestuft werden sollten - wie hoch würden die Kosten sein? Habe eigentlich echt keine Lust für eine gute Tat bestraft zu werden… möchte meinem Kumpel aber nicht im Stich lassen.
