Whole Tour as TT

I was wondering: If the grand tours were entirely organized as solo TTs, would Jonas and Pogi still dominate or would TT specialists like Ganna be the favorites? Remco should also be considered in this context, I guess.

Does anybody know what causes these noises and vibrations?

I changed the brake pads and cleaned the discs and I was just breaking the new ones in. I also tried to sync the calipers as the old brake pads were unevenly worn.

The fork vibrates quite a lot and when I go downhill (which I do a lot), I am afraid the vibrations might be harmful for the bike.
