Hello po, need your help (sa mga naka experience rin nito). My cousin is currently residing abroad and she wants to renew her ID. So I will be the one who will make the transaction sa PRC on her behalf. What things should I prepare? Other than authorization letter, photocopies of my PRC ID and her PRC ID and the transaction appointment details Thank you so much!
