New PC builders watch your software

So long story short I built a pretty decent PC about 3 years ago. Ryzen 5 7600 with a 7900xtx gpu, 1000 watt power supply, 32 gb of g.skill trident z5 ram msi b650 motherboard inside a corsair 5000d case which holds 10 and 9 of those fans are lian li. From the beginning I had issues with frame rate drops ever 3 to 5 seconds. I tried clean installing windows and drivers and could never figure it out so for 3 years I just dealt with it. Well now I recently tried playing forza horizon 6 and way of the hunter 2 and both games kept crashing on top of the frame drops. Finally after 3 years I found that the L connect 3 software that controls the lian li fans was the culprit. I disabled L connect 3 and not only are my frame rate drops gone but the games now no longer crash. Looking into it, it seems Lconnect causes alot of people issues. So for new PC builders, be careful what softwares you use because clearly one bad one can cause a headache.

Penndot employment background

So I applied to penndot for a cdl operator a month and half ago. I went to the interview and was offered a conditional employment offer. They said they have to run a background check now but that was 2 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything. Im getting nervous and feel like every day that passes my chances of it going my way get lower. I was a young stupid kid once and do have some things on my record, a drug paraphernalia and dui to be exact but they were from 10 years ago in 2016. When I filled out the paperwork at the interview it asked about any criminal or driving charges within the last 3 years so I didnt write anything because I havent had any issues within that time frame. Does anyone know how far back penndot checks for their background check and driving record check? Cause 2 weeks for a background check doesnt seem good.

12.5 ar10 complete

Finished up my 12.5 ar10 in 308 and was honestly surprised. Gas needs adjusting but in terms of velocity from my 20 inch to my 12.5 shooting the same ammo I didn't lose much at all. Roughly 150 fps difference between the two and was still able to ring the steel plates at 300 yards with the 12.5. The guys at the range went from thats the dumbest thing ive ever seen to i want one after they saw it shoot🤣

▲ 4 r/AR10

Long story short I have 3 custom built ar10s. Theyre not new, ive had them 3 or 4 years and put probably close to a 1000 rounds through them and they always ran fine. I have recently within the last year and half gotten some suppressors. Last range trip I took my ar10s chambered in 308 and shot them with the cans and it didnt go as planned. I am shooting hand loads which are 168 grain amax over 43.5 gr of varget and for the past 4 years that load has shot lights out with all 3 rifles. But now with the suppressor I was blowing primers and the rifles were jamming. I know the suppressor can add back pressure which im assuming is my issue. Will a heavier buffer and stiffer buffer spring help? I have adjustable gas blocks on all of them but havent messed with it much yet.
