I have been in a long relationship and this man is upset that I texted his female friend to stop texting him (yes they have hooked up 2x , not while we were together) because I find it disrespectful that she will text him but not reply back to me after I asked for a simple lunch with her to speak about something that happen between them right before our anniversary.
Long story short - I’m kinda over him making excuses so I’m just about to tell him go for it…. Idc anymore maybe if I just let him do what he wants I can also just have a peace of mind as well …

I want him to go back to therapy …. I just wanna be anxious about who he is talking to behind my back …. Maybe I’m controlling, maybe I’m over bearing idk …. It’s just a lot of things to think about
