Working with an EA for the first time looking for tips

In my newest role I'm going to have an EA working with me and supporting me and my team. I want to make efficient use of his time and make sure I show appreciation. Are there any tips that anyone can share? things that make it easier to work together, things I should make sure to tell him upfront?

thanks in advance!

Lab diamond jewelers using unique cuts

For my anniversary my husband asked me if I want to upgrade my engagement ring. I love my ring but I think it would be fun to go a bit bigger and unique cut. Since we've been married I've also gotten into metalsmithing and making my own jewelry but I'm not a goldsmith and am not confident enough to make my own ring. I have some ideas in mind but I've been loving some of the more unique cuts of stones think like super chunky marquis, moval, fantasy cut, step cut, etc. Planning to go between 4-5ct but I care more about finger coverage than specific carat weight.

I haven't found a ton of jewelers that work with those types of cuts with lab diamonds -- mostly sapphires, and while beautiful I'd like a diamond for my ring.

Any recs? bonus points if they're based in the PNW us!
