I know people keep saying that UTD is not a night life oriented school and the party scene isn’t huge but… come on? There has to be something!

I am going to be so depressed if I literally get no semblance of night life and partying. Nothing crazy, just a ✨night out✨ here and there. To anyone with experience with this campus, are people over exaggerating or will I be able to find what I’m looking for outside of welcome week?

I’m an incoming freshman this year and was able to transfer my gov & econ credits from a JUCO and now have some free space on my schedule. I’m going pre med (majoring in neuro) and want a job that would be useful with actual patient care. Would adding the EMT course as an elective by wise for my first semester or should I wait? Or should I hold off completely?

I’m an incoming freshman and I just registered to rush at UTD!
I’m just curious to see if currently sorority members (or past ones) think that it is a good way to find academic and social opportunities.

I know literally nothing but am committed to being involved on campus! I’ll take any advice you have and any answers to my questions.
