the bust area is so small it barely fits but i don’t know what to do other than lose weight. 😞

what type of lolita genre is this dress?

i want to buy it and make it into a co ord but i’m very new to lolita and would like suggestions on what to add. i also have pink hair and was wondering if that would clash with the lilac colour.
