Leaded or Lead free solder?

Hi,

I made a custom split keyboard for myself and got the pcb printed from jlcpcb with lead free hasl finishing. The tiniest part here is the 0805 0.1 uf capacitors for the sk6812-mini-e leds I'm using. But it is my first time soldering. So, any advice for how to solder it properly and easily would be greatly helpful. Also should I buy the leaded or lead free soldering wires? Cause isn't like lead lowers your iq and I can't afford to become any more dumber given how dumb I already am. But it seems like the lead free ones are harder to work with.
