I’ve been on compound sema for while and have been at my treatment’s max dose of 25 units (0.63 mg) for 2/3 months. My hunger and food noise have returned, and it has no effect on me anymore. (I also started new meds, which causes increase in appetite).

I asked about increasing the dose, but Hers told me I only qualify for microdosing because my BMI is in the overweight category rather than the obese category.

Has anyone in a similar situation been able to get their plan reconsidered, and receive a higher dose?
