My Saudia ticket is suddenly missing from my Alfursan account last week. I came to Roshn square, and they said it is canceled, even as the ticket pdf mentioned clearly that the ticket will be valid until 1 year from issuing date (January 2026).

The supervisor asked me to send email, so I sent email and called the call center. After a week, they are still saying that it is on progress, and I will be called as soon as there is any update.

My question:

1. Anybody has experience this before? What is the solution that you got?
2. My senior suggests me to file a complaint through GACA. What is your experience using this platform, and how helpful are they?
