How fast after orientation (physical and drug test done) is local 1 sending apprentices to work? I keep hearing mixed things that there is a lot of work and then some people saying the process moves slow.

Hey, looking to get back into working out here soon and wanted to know if there are any decent trainers or group fitness classes around the area. Looking for more female based classes but would be open to mix as well.

Any recommendations and pricing info would be appreciated!
