

F(20), 5'3, 45kg, almost a month progress
I just started lifting again last month, and i've only been training my glutes. I also rarely hit my protein intake, i mostly just eat a lot of boiled eggs and the chicken breast my dad cooks (he lifts weights too).
Idk if i'm actually making small gains or if i'm just delusional, lmaoo. Please help a gurlie out 😭
For reference, I'm 5'3" and 45 kg.
