Moving from CA to NV, but vehicle is owned by parents in Ca

As the title says, I’m potentially moving to NV from CA. My parents own my truck and are staying in California. Would I have to get my truck registered in Nevada if I’m not the owner?

My pygmies have turned almost yellow over the span of a couple months

Terrible picture😞 but they wouldn’t stay still.

I had them in a 10 gallon with my betta in a heavily planted tank. I set up a 6.8 gallon for them and moved them there. The tank’s parameters were cycled before they were added

I just noticed today that they’re looking very yellow and am worried that they’re stressed.

Tank:

6.8 gal long with lots of plants, sand, and neocaridina as friends.
