The guy on the phone who called me last week told me I can't move from jobseeker to austudy for my bachelor's degree which is pretty annoying because I really needed the help of the student start up loans during my studies every semester now I'm back to barely surviving and my job applications get rejected this is frustrating sorry I needed to vent

Has anyone had their austudy claim processed yet recently?
