PayPal dispute and case under review
Two months ago, I made a refund due to an error I didn't recognize a $27 payment because the paypal purchase didn't match my purchase on BBVA app (bank account). The app instantly refunded the money, and in a panic, I simply sent another payment. A month later, PayPal automatically opened a dispute for approximately $2,834.91, and the case has been under review for about a month and a half. How can I cancel it? I just want the money back to the seller and to be relieved of this anxiety. I tried calling my bank, but as soon as I mentioned PayPal, they told me to file a claim with PayPal, and PayPal is telling me to cancel it with my bank. Can anyone help me? This whole situation is making me anxious. I'm afraid that amount will be charged to me.
