2 months ago I posted here asking about post-op photo tracking pain points.

So many of you shared your real struggles — angle inconsistency, photo clutter, recovery anxiety.

That feedback shaped what we built.

Quick update — BeautyLog is now officially live on the App Store

What we built (based on what you told us):

AI Angle Lock: On-device AI guides your pose — red frame turns green when aligned.
Ghost Layer: Overlay standard outline for a perfect day-to-day match.
Private by default: Local processing, mosaic tools for safe sharing.
Separate from your main gallery: No more post-op photos mixed with food and pets.

Some early numbers from closed testing (25 users, no ads):

- 88% completed onboarding

- 56% activated AI photo feature

- 36% completed their first full recovery log

A few honest notes:

- App is currently Chinese-only (Taiwan market first)

- English version is on our roadmap if there's enough demand

- Still iterating based on user feedback — your input directly shapes what we build next
