I just finished running MFADR with my group last week and I'm struggling to think of any single adventure in 30 years of gaming that I've enjoyed that much. We played 8 sessions, had one character death and couldn't stop messaging each other for the rest of the week.

I find most DG scenarios to be of a really high standard but this one managed to top that. It's a fair bit of work to prep because you have to be comfortable running the House instinctively (I was glad to be running it on a VTT) and it needs players who are willing to go all in on the horror, but what a masterpiece it is.
