Hey I’ve been a shift supervisor for about 6 months but a partner for about 2 years. My DM recently spoke to me about th coffeehouse Coach(basically an hourly ASM) but she didn’t give me a timeline of when I can apply, what the pay is (I’m in IL so I’m guessing it’s going to be different) or how many per store.

Does anyone know anything about it? Also how do we feel because the idea that this position is just an asm but hourly is crazy to me. The only position is that you can get paid overtime that’s all I can see
