Anyone knows what might have happened?
It happened about 2 years ago, I just came to this place and saw this. How could I explain this? The only mod I had at the time was the New Enemies And Bosses Mod
I doubt that it was caused by that mod, because I played 100+ hours with it afterward and never saw anything similar
