Stalker Gamma + anomaly together (visual fixes needed)

So recently I wanted to get my friend into Stalker G.A.M.M.A so i decided to setup the G.A.M.M.A with anomaly together mod and in order to get it to work i had to disable 234 dynamic anomalies, 452 interactive dot marks, 290 Atmospherics, enhanced shaders 188, and 190 screen space shaders. We both connected fine but his screen was incredibly dark in comparison to mine. I first compared our video settings and found they where identical. Then we tried clearing the Shaders cache and tried inputting
r__gamma 1.2
rs_c_brightness 0.985
rs_c_contrast 0.92
r2_dof_enable off
into the console to correct the issue. This resulted in the second image which was slightly improved but still not normal. I saw forums online say to input cfg_load grading_default but it gave him an error. I'm at a loss on how to fix this because we are both on a fresh download and have the exact same mod list and everything.
Hope you guys have any advice for my unique problem.

his specs are intel R core tm i5-14400f and 16 gb ddr4 ram and his Gpu is Intel(R) Arc(TM) a380 Graphics and has all his drivers up to date
